Typically, people who are easily angered, and cuss alot like you, come from families that are disruptive, chaotic, and not skilled at emotional communications.

So it may not be all your fault. But it is within your control to seek professional counseling. I highly recommend it.

As it stands, you're acting like a "nucular" bomb ready to spread a "mushroom cloud" over us all.
