Good post Gordon. Problem is, even though the job summary doesn't state it, IN-N-OUT doesn't hire dirt bags and mal-contents. Dipy would need a serious attitude change (and probably a shower). I assume you have eaten in an IN-N-OUT. What has always impressed me is that the workers seem to enjoy their jobs. Big difference between them and some other chains imo. A great company, and the restaurants are almost always packed (and clean). That is what sound business practices result in.
