Tench, Correct! As I said before MM manipulation, buying and holding at every opportunity. Also, OT AMD is sniffing at Rambus XDR. Micron is also looking to strike a deal with the FEDS to seek amnesty for price fixing which could be linked to Rambus. Tench you spend way too much time with tejek. He's a lost cause. Spend time making money for yourself and family. tejek can't help you there. He'll just tell you what a great pres Al Sharpton will make.

Heres some readiny material for you:

Feb. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Kevin Curran, a private investor who
owns more than 500,000 Rambus Inc. shares in his own account and
in funds he manages for relatives, comments on the stock after a
U.S. judge ruled that the company didn`t break antitrust laws.
Rambus, which designs high-speed memory chips, can seek
royalties that may triple its revenue, and the company`s shares
rose as much as 41 percent.
``I`m exceedingly happy. I`m not selling the stock at these
levels. I believe in the Rambus patents and their value.
``I expect a federal district court will rule that Rambus
patents have been infringed, and I plan on holding until at least
that time.
``Virtually every PC, every laser printer, every router,
every digital television, uses Rambus intellectual property. If
they start collecting royalties, you`re looking at a very fat
positive free cash flow. I don`t know how much, but it`s huge.``

Feb. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Stuart Steele, Rambus Inc.`s largest
shareholder, comments on the share price after a U.S. judge ruled
that the company didn`t break antitrust laws.
Rambus, which designs high-speed memory chips, can seek
royalties that may triple its revenue, and the company`s shares
rose as much as 41 percent.

``I`m in hopes that this is the beginning of a perfect
storm.
``If the memory makers have their heads screwed on right,
they better get to the table. They are in real danger of getting
triple damages. If I were Rambus, I`d tell the three amigos
(Infineon Technologies AG, Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Micron
Technology Inc.) that I`m only going to license two of you unless
you sign up.
``These guys are bad people. The rest of the world is
finding out. Going through this dog-and-pony show has been heart
wrenching. The shenanigans they put Rambus through are
outrageous.
``As soon as one of these companies settles, you`ll see a
huge jump again `` in the company`s stock price.

He said he`s not selling his shares. ``You don`t go with a
company as it`s largest stockholder and jump out because it went
up one day.``
