Kerry hasn't changed his mind on a single thing except executing terrorists. After 9-11 that's understandable. You're using crapola to attack Kerry and I'm not going to let it stand. Kerry has never ever attacked vets. Real vets know exactly what Kerry was talking about 34 years ago because it was their reality too. Kerry's harsh tales helped end the war. He was teling people what the networks and White House refused to, that over in Nam we had all begun going mad. APOCALYPSE NOW wasn't that unrealistic. PLATOON was very realistic. The many Mi Lai massacres happened, even to the best of soldiers. Even to Senator Bob Kerrey, a Medal of Honor winner. And to every Navy SEAL whose new job was assassation and terrorism, per the CIA's Phoenix Program. The Green Phantoms. They came by night, cut throats, disemboweled then disappeared. Phoenix was intended to terrorize villages into compliance. It's something vets all know but few like to talk about. And remember napalm? It's not un-patriotic to tell the truth. If we ever get to that, we're in trouble. During 'Nam, things started out rational, but by 1970 it was all nuts.
