Kerry is clearly the best alternative to Bush. He is much more experienced, statesman-like and ready to lead the moment he gets into office, not just in this country with jobs but on all levels and in every corner of the world and all military and intelligence areas. Edwards is a sweet smart guy but has no experience in foreign and military affairs other than a bunch of briefings. In war-time you need these qualifications. If something were to happen to Kerry, Bush would regain all the lost ground he's lost on military and foreign affairs. Edwards could beat him on domestic ideas but Bush would trounce him on foreign affairs.
