Problem is, as we see in San Francisco, this issue won't respect even State's Rights. It's all or nothing.

It just takes time. California Judges will overrule what the Mayor has done. The Judge last week who ruled for the Mayor is a San Francisco Gay. The last time the people in California voted on this issue, it was 61/39 in favor of traditional marriage.

I don't see how the action in San Francisco is disrespectful of states rights. They're not calling in the Feds but rather challenging the state constitutionality of a state law. Nothing done intrastate is disrespectful of states rights.
