Skilling is relying on being stupid and incompetent as his defense. He's going to blame everyone underneath him and claim that he was out to lunch.

If that goes well, Lay can claim the same. Besides, how much behind the scenes pressure could there be from the admin to leave Kenny Boy Lay alone until after the elections if not permanently?
