If you have lived abroad, you know that it was far more difficult to be able to consistently handle so many calls offshore without interruption. Without the outrageous increases in health care benefits, companies would not as aggresively looked for solutions abroad to control costs. Technology created here or abroad have assisted outsourcing, but there are other factors too. We need to make it attractive to risk capital to remain here. So far the solution recommended is to tax more... That makes little sense.
