Outsourcing has been politicized, for gains to a party, and for those not in business who do not understand how long this has been going on, and why companies choose to leave, all they have to do is consider this thread. Instead of working with the employers, the solution I see here, is to punish the employers which only creates a greater urgency to move. The anger is misdirected, We need to make the US more attractive and reduce the cost of doing business here from outside sources, such as government, health care, litigation,... Look at the cost of health care over the last 5 years. It has changed how business does business. One can work to curtail excessive cost increases, or fall behind. With no end in site for healthcare increases, it becomes an easy decision to automate. The cause of problems must be identified to have the proper solution.
