I was looking at the cash flow statements posted by Yahoo above showing "Sale Purchase of Stock" as a use of funds of (1,170,000), (348,000) and (449,000).

Yahoo is not always that accurate. A better source would be to take the time and read the 10K and 10Q's

Henry Hub at 5.18 as I type. If it were 3/31/04 EP would have an additional charge of $1.23B for Q1.

My guess is it will be that low or lower on 3/31, but only time will tell.

Looks like class action number 3 filed today:
