By adhering to PC, one can get the subliminal message across without raising too much of a ruckus. Jews are very aware of this possibility and will hold this movie to a very high standard. There is a big difference in saying the jews killed Jesus as opposed to saying there were jews in the lynch mob. The Pharisees/Jewish priests(as i understand it) were subsequently discredited, thus no jewish priests anymore. As i understand it, Jews loved, respected Jesus. Some may have believed him son on God and those folks started christianity while others didnt. It does not follow that those who didnt believe this wanted him dead although religous leaders along with the Romans may have perceived jesus as a threat to both the civil and religous order. And he was a religious threat not only because he was son of god but also because he was a popular rabbi. Take what i say with a grain of salt. I deliberately am ignorant of religous detail so this is based on memory of what i learned in my youth. Mike
