I believe that she is being prosecuted because many people find her to be rude, mean , and disrespectful. Almost seems like a real life Seinfeld ending, The key is that she is not being prosecuted for inside trading but for lying about the selling process and therefore somehow defrauding investors in her company. Its pretty pathetic that they are not going after the dozens of executives who really defrauded investors and sold all the stock they could, and mnay of them continue to be CEOs at the same company. Makes me want to puke but so then does Scalia.
