You say the top 1% pay 36% of the taxes and earn 43% of the money. If the tax were flat they'd be paying 43% of the taxes. That's 20% more than they pay now.

Do you think that would be too much? Do you think a flat income tax would be unfair to the wealthy? That seems to be what you're saying. I just want to be clear.
