I agree with your assessment of Skilling. What a low life.

Here's a well written bio of Skilling's lead attorney, Daniel Petrocelli.

It's a pity that Petrocelli has so little concern for ethics or morality. Clever dissemblers like him, as judged by his client list, are the bane of a decent society. Excepting, of course, his service in attacking the assets of O.J. Simpson. A case where I think Petrocelli somehow managed to get on the right side of history.

Petrocelli should be ashamed of himself for taking on Skilling as a client. I hope he gets burned by direct testimony from Andrew Fastow implicating Skilling.
