It's not about the last word. You obviously cannot support your position, and now you are turning this into something about me wanting the last word because you cannot. Do you have cases that say what you said they say, or do you not? If you do not, then you stated the law incorrectly. If you stated the law incorrectly, your argument fails. It's as simple as that- and not about merry go rounds, or having the last word. I tried to find cases supporting your argument and could not find them- the least you could do is say whether you found any, and what they were.
