Your response strikes me as thoughtless and without regard for the content of the speech, a knee-jerk reaction if you will.

During the 1967 War, I cheered for the Israeli's and wished them well. In the time since then, I continue to see evidence that they are egocentric in their dealings with the Arabs. I suppose this is to be expected, but I don't believe America should blindly support them.

Personally, I neither love nor hate either the Jews or the Arabs. I just want the danger level of the world to decrease. It seems to me that we have been rather heavy handed in our dealings with the Arabs and rather biased in our favoritism toward Israel.

I thought that the speech addressed these concerns. Findley is a life-long Republican. You (and the current administration) probably shouldn't dismiss him so casually.
