Rummy went into Iraq knowing full well that the number of soldiers per civilians was lower than has been used in other modern conflicts. The concept of overwhelming force gave way to melting soldiers and guerilla warfare and, perhaps, to civil war. Heck, we're giving up on June 30th and can blame the Iraqis and the UN thereafter. As far as the Neocons are concerned, I don't know why they yell so much in public as I doubt the public has any stomach for Democratic Imperialism. Invade a country that may actually have working nuclear weaponry? Well, no one said Shrub and co. don't take risks with other people's money and lives.
