In view of the fact that Bush never flew after his May, 1972 failure to appear for a physical exam and mandatory drug test, doesn't this dental checkup record indicate that Georgie-boy was nothing more than a frat boy freeloader, taking advantage of National Guard services for free, while failing to do his duty?

Am I missing something here?
