And when you have an incumbent hated as much as Bush is by some people, they will work doubly hard at blaming him. You do understand its typical that the incumbent gets blamed fairly or unfairly for all of the current problems. And when you have an incumbent hated as much as Clinton was by some people, they will work doubly hard at blaming him.Nonetheless, its growing clearer and clearer that tax cuts were not the econ. panacea Bush claimed they were when he proposed them. There is something fundamentally wrong with Keynesianism, at least as it is applied. You do not make a county wealthy by printing money and running up debt. If THAT were true, the German Weimar Republic would have dominated the planet. And there is something fundamentally wrong with a tax cut bill that is promoted as being to end a recession, but which delivers very little initially and has its largest cuts 10 years out when no one knows WHAT the economy will be like. We could have raging inflation and the LAST thing you want is more monetary stimulus. Sorry, big guy, but I don't want to be smarter than the president. We have over 260 million people in this country. I would want the president to rank in the top ten percent in terms of quality including intellectual prowess. Hmmmmmm, let me check the Party line on this. Yes, that's what I thought it said: "There is absolutely no danger that the United States of America will ever have a President less intelligent than tejek." :-) Bush has a baccalaureate from Yale and an MBA from Harvard. And your credentials are ........ ?
