Who pays corporate taxes? Individuals, it's passed on to the consumer.

This naive rhetoric won't work anymore. Excessive CEO pay costs consumers more than corp taxes. Carly Fiorina makes what, 15x the salary of the Satyam CEO (for essentially the same job)?

Raise taxes on these companies that add no value and use US markets as a dumping ground. If Fiorina doesn't like it, she can move.
