Citizens able to vote at 18 NATIONWIDE, yet have all sorts of prohibitions (read INEQUALITIES) to deal with and somehow, challenged or not, the prohibitions stick around. This seems similar, what do you think?

The society arbitrarily decides who is of the age of sexual consent, sometimes even differing between sexes and circumstances.

How can bathrooms be "separate" but equal?

If a state wishes to vote and accept it, well, that is the system and I have no problem with it. I have said that here several times. What I reject is leftist courts decreeing what is right and wrong and forcing people to accept filth without them having any say about it at all.

Let America vote this matter and determine it up or down. I can comfortably accept that, however it turns out. After all, if a people wishes to be a certain thing, I am no one to force them to be any other way. If I disagree with what the people are, I may always leave. That is what I am after here. I simply wish to discover in concrete terms what kind of people I am dealing with here. I suspect America has become a country of scum, but I am not sure. I'd like to be very sure.

Gotta run...
