And JFK? Was he dumb? Apparently dumb enough to cancel air support at the Bay of Pigs and guarantee a disaster.

Just because the guy doesn't have a slick presentation like Slick Willie doesn't mean he lacks intellectual horsepower. Don't confuse presentation with substance.
