And that's about all I have to say about that <ggg> That's OK, buddy. Carnivore has your IP address. :-) I think one part of the problem is that we're still dealing with people in the govt. that were raised on Mary Jane the killer weed movies. And ..... ? :-) I've never hear of anyone ODing on too much pot. Yeah, but wouldn't it be a blast to try? :-) I didn't say, that, Carnivore. Honest. NO, I AM NOT PARANOID! Perhaps they'd try ripping off the local 7/11 of all their Twinkies but that's about it. Hey, buddy, what if you owned that 7-11? It's a true sin how much money we're wasting on incarceration ($30K-$60K a year?) that doesn't include thousands of dollars per violator in court time police time and who knows what other time. THere are a couple factor you're missing here: (a) Where would Gray Davis be without the contributions of all those prison guards? Out of office, right? Oh. Well. I'll rework that and get back to you. (b) Hey, what about all those cops and narcs who would be unemployed, huh? They know how to use guns, you know.
