I agree Chip...and with the gains we have had a 5 or 10 percent corretion is not the end of the world...<gg>

It is looking like consolidaton based on this chart also.

Spikes are rare enough that I think they are worth paying attention to. Although I do not think the degree of spikes have strong correlation to price--these recent ones have been the largest since last summer.

Since the uptrend began last March--upper spikes seem to be marking corrective phases rather than tops--whereas the lower spikes have been calling bottoms quite well.
