OK. He's not the brightest bulb in the 4-pack. I defy you to show that he is the dumbest President we ever had, though. There is some very stiff competition at the bottom.

Okay, you win -- I can't prove he's actually the dumbest one we've ever had, the competition at the bottom being so stiff and all! I suppose he's the one whose dumbness was most on display to the world though, because of TV, even though he does hold so very few press conferences.
