Sounds as if you may have a tort if you feel the program he prescribed was a danger to the boy. I would guess, if no injury, the claim might be limited to the cost of the program and expenses incurred to execute the program. Then of course a possible multiple penalty.

It may be within the statute of limitations for you to pursue a criminal complaint against Dobry for professing to be a licensed medical practitioner and treating without license.

Perhaps the Prosecutor is interested in this terrible act. ;)
