well you know what? i happen to give nader credit for being a man of his convictions.. my sense is that in his heart of hearts he really is a liberal dem... and he believe the dems have lost their way, according to corporate interests (thank you, bill clinton) so my feeling is that if he sees the dems as a party that has "lost it's way"... and that it's time for the faithful to "come home" he truly may just believe he has a snowflake's chance in hell... at the very least to redefine the democrat party...making it something more than (less than?) republican lite... to that i say, go for it ralph... let the people decide
