Well Ray, I saw Nader on MTP yesterday. Here are my thoughts on the matter.

- current coverage on the Nader candidacy is very negative. On MTP they played the *entire* webcast of "Ralph Don't Run" for example. Most journalists are openly calling him a spoiler
- Nader makes some good points about corporate ownership of washington as a campaign platform
- Nader openly advocates impeachment of Bush over Iraq
- Nader's key theme in the race seems to be jobs/healthcare.
- He makes some generalizations about how democrats and republicans are the same "corporate owned" government, however, his primary target is clearly Bush and NOT the democrats.

After hearing Nader on MTP, I now believe his candidacy is actually a PLUS for the anti-bush crowd. He doesn't have enough money or support to go far enough to *really* be a spoiler, and his direct confrontation of primarily the Bush record is more anti-Bush press.

Nader called Bush a corporation masquerading as a human being on national television. This in addition to his open advocation of impeachment has to be damaging to Bush, at least a little.
