universally. Japan,Taiwan,Bangalore...USA(couple cycles
already). Like the RE-pro said, they don't made land
anymore and there are TON's of people in China, India...
I knew of a smart old couple from China, worked in USA,
live in student dorm room (no American can do that), send
money back to Shanghai and invested in RE instead buying
in the 'hot NewEngland market'. That's very shrewd, to say
the least.
