The content was irrelevant. Its similarity to a bad rash was the issue. I've commuted his sentence to time served. For the record, anyone spamming the same content to multiple threads (more than 2 or 3) will receive their just dues. Wrapping it in different paper won't mitigate anything. And, though it wasn't the case here, spamming political rhetoric to non-political threads is a definite no-no. Everyone have a nice evening, er, morning!
