Actually, I wish all the Israelies would just come to America. I have an Israeli buddy of mine who went to MBA school with me a long time ago. When we graduated he went to Silicon Valley and started a business. Then went out to Israel to start another business. I couldn't believe he went there with his newborn baby to live in the middle of all those lunatic Arabs. Anyway, I told him the same thing...that he and the rest of the Israelis should come live in America where they'll be safe. Europe and the Middle East are just horribly anti-semitic. But he told me that Israel was his home and he belongs there. I say he belongs here, with Americans who will accept him and his family for the human beings they are. But oh well. Go figure. Some things run deeper than the need for safety. I don't understand it, but that's how strong the feelings run in that part of the world. Pretty scary, eh?
