Quick or not, if Kaplan "fixes" CNBC, it will be the first time in his career he left a broadcast entity better than he found it.

"In Matthews, a former top aide to the late House Speaker Tip O'Neill"

He hasn't changed.. he is still shouting over his guests and making his democrat points. Once in awhile he may get some news, or take the right position but overall you are watching Matthews's personal opinions and when someone on the show doesn't agree he voice gets much higher. Like getting louder will change their position. No wonder he doesn't even beat a fox show with news clips and 80 second clips of crazy stuff going on around the world. What a headache watch matthews.
