Well, that is one possible theory. I used to subscribe to this one myself, when it was first proposed as LIHOP -- Let it Happen On Purpose, by William Rivers Pitt among others. But I've done quite a bit of study in the months since then, and the Bushies have done a hell of a lot of covering up and stonewalling since then, so I'm becoming convinced that the involvement of rogue elements of the U.S. government were not passive in this matter, but rather were quite active in the planning and the execution of the precision attacks of 9/11. The flight training purportedly to have been given to the so-called hijackers was so minimal that the precision high stress flights achieved by Flights 11, 77 and 175 seem impossible to imagine to have been executed by such amateur strip club fans.
