I have two in front of me, "Spider" and "Swimming Pool", bought in HK for HKD 15/unit, and there are markings that say "Licensed to use only in China".

Something else to think about... I thought DVD and DVD players were region specific. IE a Chinese legit DVD may not play on your "American" version DVD player. But that is just something I heard. I don't know if it is true or not.
