The both ways I refer to is some of Bush cronies are claiming that Kerry was not a very effective Seanator, that he did not do much for Mass., that he does not have names on bills etc.

Then there are other Bush cronies who say that he has a record of actions and votes.

So my question to the Bush surrogates is what is it: Is he one with action to his credit or is he one who has been legislatively inactive. If the surrogates want to attack Kerry, they can at least decide on what course to take, shouldn't they?
