You mean you don't know who Larry Kudlow is ?

He's a CNBC "personality" who claims to also be an economist.

Anyway, Kudlow was basically a bull in the 1990s and was screaming bullishness all the way from NASDAQ 5000 to 1100.

The classic broken clock that's right twice a day.
