Class actions, like this one, are automatic unless you choose to opt out. You will, however, have to fill out a form documenting that you were a qualifying Infospace shareholder. Ironically, Jain owned a large chunk of Infospace (my guess around 13%) during the time when the action charges that Infospace shareholders were defrauded, so he stands to receive more of the settlement than anyone else. Implied is that Jain defrauded himself. <ggg>
