Gottfried, here is what worries me. First we have had more downside volume for weeks than upside volume. Second we still have too much complacency. Why are the VIX/VXO and VXN still so low after all this profit taking? Where are the put buyers? Sure the BP Indices all look strong compared to prior sell signals but since when have they ever stayed so high for so long? Calling a market top is sure a lot tougher than a market bottom but both can only be seen well in hindsight. I'm not buying yet! RtS
