Well, it ain't happening at $35, 'cause we're there!

Sure you can "recycle" damn near anything if you wash it long enough and pay enough, but it costs....and it's not just the water, you'll have acres and acres and acres of "dead dirt" to dispose of. And it's in Canada, and they're generally somewhat protective of their environment up there.

it's not just water, apparently it forms a huge foam which is several times the volume of the pit that gets dug out. so even if you don't care about the environment, the volume of sludge/foam is greater than the hole you're digging...
