Cocaine is a prescription drug. Can't get it without a prescription, can you? I think they tried banning that already. Didn't work. I'm not advocating banning. I'm advocating UNbanning. The more I see of the effects of the War on Drugs, the more convinced I become it's time to surrender. Yeah, you'll have some casualties from easy availability. You don't from the current policies? Read about any drug turf wars and innocent bystanders killed lately? Yeah, banning alcohol didn't work. Neither does banning drugs. You just make rich US and Columbian drug lords.
