The rest of the country could still be a possibility assuming you can figure out how to dispose of the radioactive waste. None in my book as long as the option is not removed from the table entirely. We need to be more pragmatic and less knee jerk when discussing alternatives on a state or region basis. I would like to see the conversation take place in public, without all the fear mongering. :-)
