I understand the political motivation of Paige's backing off CYBERKEN-style rhetoric (CY, you see, is not IN politics, and can howl away on SI), BUT it's high time we called the forces destroying our society EXACTLY what they are, and the teachers' unions are on history's short list of anti-American poison.

Ralph Nader, for his part, is crazy as a shithouse rat. That's what is so refreshing about him...
