tejek, re:Why? At 2k, you would recoup your cost within 5 years....probably sooner given the way rates are going. That's why I said 2K given the rate of return/savings on my money that's a better return than a savings bond. Sort of like refinancing a home - if you can't recoup in five years it's probably not worth the cost. re:mini mansion @ 2800 sf??? The writer of the article must have grown up in an apt.
