Let Enron fall? Enron was hollow inside! Your question should be: how did Enron get to be Enron in the first place?

All the federal government had to do was announce that they would investigate the cause of the California crisis and prosecute anyone who was manipulating the market. It would have stopped on it's own, since Enron knew it was a scam. Junior explicitly said he was going to do nothing, and Cheney said he would keep any information secret. It's not too late, once there are again honest people in the administration the investigation can proceed, and Cheney can have a room waiting right beside Kenney-Boy. TP
