That's not true. It was Reagon, I believe who convinced Baby Doc. to leave, and Bill re-installed Aristede in 95. We have interferred several times in the past. The results don't seem to warrant more interventions.

Why can't we seem to keep tabs on this type of stuff before it gets so out of hand - has our foreign policy team been sleeping or as a nation can we only keep two issues in front of us at a time, or is it the media that can't report more than one story at a time?
