John Re... Hell, we can't even help the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, 650 miles from our shore, as they descend into civil war and mass starvation. That's not true. It was Reagon, I believe who convinced Baby Doc. to leave, and Bill re-installed Aristede in 95. We have interferred several times in the past. The results don't seem to warrant more interventions.
