She's pretty polite. Some jerk was smoking near her and she was having trouble. She asks him to please stop or move. He snarls back. I thought about decking the jerk, but then remembered this was by a pool inside a motel. I went and saw the motel manager and he told the guy he had two choices: put it out or leave. And continuing the PM discussion:they were lights. I don't smoke lights. Lights are loaded with junk additives, the things really kill you! I smoke only pure tobacco. That said, when one is in nicotine withdrawal, sometimes one can contemplate even the houseplants in new ways. <g> No problem. This is all that's in there:nsma.org.au If you can't find something in there to kill you, you're immortal.brownandwilliamson.com THAT'S from a tobacco company. They, of course, try to mitigate the damage. BUT you have a choice about sticking the filthy weed into your mouth. You have no choice about breathing car exhaust or a neighbor's barbecue smoke. And the effects of all that crap is cumulative.when one is in nicotine withdrawal Patches and gum! Patches and gum! Patches and gum! And the house plants are safer. At least no nicotine. I merely question its degree of evilness. Compared to what? A loaded gun? It's safe. But you don't have to put a loaded gun to your head. A car? Driving is probably more dangerous. But not driving has LOTS of unpleasant consequences, such as a lifetime spent waiting for trains and buses. And they aren't really safe either. Nothing is. SOMETHING will kill you. Guaranteed. You just don't have to help. Oh, I may be wrong about driving:iom.edu
