Nikita, John Edwards has stated that tort reform is necessary. He said there should be a system that screens out frivolous lawsuits. If you check his client list, you'll find individuals that had valid grievances against large corps. It's unrealistic to believe that there are never any real injustices & that sometimes the law needs to address them. Edwards would be best candidate to work with congress in order to pass needed tort reform. His eloquent & persuasive communication skills could enhance U.S.'s world-wide image in same way The Great Communicator, Pres Reagan did.
