condor, The same thing has been happening here in the states. Housing accessibility for all. What crap. It is to keep the debt bubble system afloat that needs ever expanding credit to survive. Not only have down payment requirements been lowered but so have credit score qualifications and debt to income ratios. I know I work in the business. The slightest burp and all these new owners will be under water on their debt vs value. It is stupid. Will provide some of us with great firesale values some time in the not too distant future. Tom
