Shouting down a philosophical or political opponent should not be tolerated. If people wish to engage in these kinds of tactics there should be boundaries, and "to pen them off" is your term not mine. The last time I attended a rally (in Seattle) the participants from both sides of the issue were civil and voluntarily kept their respective distances. Unlike the WTO where a few created a chaos that even law enforcement were powerless to control. I would not be surprise at all to see defined sections established for specific groups at both the DNC and the RNC National Conventions. There is nothing illegal or immoral about that IMO. M
