Volume alone and ST oversold are still not enough to get me interested. Given the ST technical damage and the outlook for 2004 looks like we're going to have a new round of shorts/hedge funds leaning on RRI until it hits more obvious support. Broad market while a little oversold ST is still very vulnerable to an '87 type crash here. I continue to like cash unless there's a screaming bargin. RRI is whistling, but not screaming yet.
